I am pleased to announce that the Kanzelhohe Observatory for Solar and Environmental Research (KSO) is now the Regional Warning Center (RWC) Graz.

KSO provides space weather forecasts of high-speed solar wind streams and geomagnetic activity, as well as real-time detection and alerting of solar flares. They have ongoing effort to forecast solar energetic particle events and to detect automatically Earth-directed filament eruptions.

KSO is Austria's designated space weather service provider, and that have a variety of capabilities that will strengthen ISES. You can access their web site at: www.spaceweather.at.
